Anthropon ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our human resources information system platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
With respect to Employee Data uploaded and managed through the Service, Anthropon acts solely as a Data Processor. The customer organization that subscribes to the Service is the Data Controller and bears primary responsibility for determining the purposes and means of processing Employee Data. Anthropon is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, or appropriateness of any data uploaded, entered, or processed by users through the Service. The Data Controller is solely responsible for ensuring that all data processing activities conducted through the Service comply with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining all necessary consents from data subjects.
When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, job title, and authentication credentials. If you sign up for a paid plan, we collect billing information such as payment method details (processed by our payment processor) and billing address.
As an HR platform, our customers ("Controllers") upload and manage employee information through the Service. This may include employee names, contact details, employment history, compensation data, leave records, documents, and other HR-related information. We process this data on behalf of our customers strictly as a Data Processor, in accordance with the customer's instructions and our Data Processing Agreement.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited, features used, timestamps, and referring URLs. This data helps us improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.

While Anthropon endeavours to maintain the security and availability of the Service, there are no contractual guarantees of uptime, performance, backup frequency, or data recovery capabilities during the free period. Users are strongly encouraged to maintain their own independent backups of all critical data at all times.
